About Us
The main reference point of the “The Kind Heart of the World” Foundation is the association of like-minded people and joint fund-raising from those who are willing to help the homeless animals. In addition, the launch of the program for their sterilization and castration, as well as help in their treatment, rehabilitation, and the search for temporary homes and permanent hosts for stray animals.
The main mission is to inculcate love, kindness, humane and civilized attitude to animals. After all, in a city, in a country where animals are treated well, there will not be homeless animals! Now, when our standard of living is growing and people are ready to look around and pay attention to the world around us, our mission is to get people to draw attention to them — shaggy, smooth-haired, huddling to the basements of our houses and often looking for food in garbage containers in an attempt to survive creatures. Our mission is to explain to people that animals are not be a habitual detail of our cities, to remind that they also feel hungry, pain, joy, they want to give love to their owners too.
The Charitable Fund for the Animal Support “The Kind Heart of the World” is a non-profit organization that does not have membership. It is created in accordance with the Civil Code and other legislative acts of the Russian Federation. The fund was established to help the homeless animals.
The Fund carries out its activities in accordance with the Constitution of the Russian Federation, the Civil Code of the Russian Federation, the Federal Law of the Russian Federation On Non-Profit Organizations, other laws, by-laws, and also with this Charter.
The Fund was not established to make profits and is used only to achieve the purposes of the fund mentioned in the charter.
Purposes of creation and work of the Fund:

Attraction of donations for charity;

Assistance in protection and defending stray animals, prevention cases of cruelty to animals and their suffering;

Assistance in catching of stray animals, their treatment, vaccination, sterilization, search for a host, creation of a single database for the city of Samara of lost, found and given animals;

Cooperation with state structures, institutions, public associations, trade unions, societies on the problem of homeless animals;

Assistance to state authorities and local self-government bodies in ensuring the safety of citizens from neglected animals;

Participation in the implementation of state and public programs aimed at protecting and defending homeless animals;

Making proposals on improving legislation aimed at protecting homeless animals.
